Boohooman is out of this world; the quality of clothes you've get for the price is out of this world, especially if you manage to get some sort of special offer or a deal on top! I never leave reviews, but this time, I must do it, because the phenomenal customer service agent - Karen, went out of her way to make my day a hundred times better! For whatever reason, my holiday clothes haul, got shipped to my old address, and no one was able to do anything, so the money went to waste, but because I've been a loyal Boohooman customer for quite some time now, she did everything in her power, spoke with her manager and managed to get me back a refund! wow, Karen, you're the best! I hope you'll have a fantastic upcoming weekend, and Boohooman, keep up the great job! :)

Absolutely disgusting service. Delivery company dropped expensive package off on another road entirely, left unclear photo and no indication of where it was delivered, spent 2 hours searching round my town knocking on every door to find the package but to no avail. Getting an answer from customer service takes more than a day

Order 5 pairs or skinny stretch jeans in the same size and some are too small and some too tight..t shirts dont fit well also neck is too high and sleeves too long/baggy on slim fit. Now they also charge you a returns fee deducted from your refund of items sent back. Items sent back because they are not made well yet i still have to pay.also they didnt even make it clear theg would do that

Absolutely brilliant service. You need to be careful when ordering sizes as they can be small, don’t forget you get what you pay for! Be realistic. The offers are good and the delivery options are really fast. £9.99 for a full year next day delivery and free returns? Yes please! Ordered items around 9pm / 10pm it’s arrived the day after. Quality on the items are fairly decent, nothing too fancy so don’t expect it. Refund process is quick also. Highly recommend with plenty of different options available.
